Cancellation or modification requests may be made up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
- After this deadline, the order is non-refundable because production may have started.
- All requests must be made by phone at 407-614-4477 or by email at contact@le-petit-paris.com.
- An accepted cancellation will be refunded to the original payment method. The time required for the refund to appear may vary by bank.
- If Le Petit Paris must cancel an order, the customer will receive a full refund.
- Orders that are not picked up are not automatically refunded.
- Customized products or products already in production are non-refundable after the permitted cancellation deadline.
