About This Workshop

This seasonal chocolate workshop teaches the core skills behind molded chocolate: tempering, casting, shelling, sealing and unmolding. The class combines technique with Easter culture, contrasting French bells and American bunny traditions. It should be promoted as a handmade Easter gift experience.
