Located in Winter Garden, Florida, Le Petit Paris® offers a unique opportunity to explore the authentic art of French pastry and bakery. Led by master baker-pastry chef Stéphan Martin, our hands-on workshops are designed for food lovers, home bakers, and curious beginners.
Each session provides an immersive and professional experience, limited to just 5 participants for personalized attention. Whether you’re learning the basics or refining your skills, we guide you step-by-step through techniques rooted in French tradition.
We focus on both flavor and health, using natural ingredients and clean baking methods. You’ll learn how to prepare refined desserts and artisan breads while maintaining a balanced and wholesome approach.
Our workshops cover a variety of themes: éclairs, tarts with fresh fruit, macarons, rustic apple-honey galettes, sourdough breads, laminated doughs like croissants and pain au chocolat.
Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or simply exploring your passion, our French baking workshops will leave you with new skills, confidence, and beautiful creations to enjoy with family and friends.

Reservations are confirmed with full payment. Minimum of 2 participants required. We’ll contact you if the class cannot be held.
💰 Workshop Prices & Discounts
- Standard Workshop (≈ 3h): $140 per person
- Returning Student (within 2 weeks): $105
- Group Rate (2+ people in same session): $105 per person
- Workshop Passport (5 workshops): $475 – valid 6 months, transferable
- Private Group Workshop (1–5 people): $500 (custom date & theme)
