About This Workshop
This workshop combines confectionery and chocolate work. Students learn to produce a stable marshmallow, temper couverture chocolate, cast shells, fill molds and seal pieces cleanly. It is an excellent premium workshop for seasonal shapes, gift boxes and chocolate-focused marketing.
