About This Workshop
The Multigrain Workshop is positioned around nutrition, texture and everyday usefulness. Students work with whole wheat, seeds, oats and sourdough fermentation to create a bread that feels both rustic and modern. It is an excellent follow-up to Sourdough or Baguette and should be marketed to customers interested in better bread, fiber, seeds and homemade wellness-oriented baking.
