Required Information - Name - Number of participants - Phone number - Full payment Payment Policy - A reservation is confirmed only after full payment has been received. Cancellation Policy - Cost is lost in case of no-show. - Rescheduling is possible if the customer notifies us at least the day before the workshop or provides a valid justification. - If Le Petit Paris cancels a workshop, customers may choose either a refund or transfer to another workshop. Customer Data & Privacy Le Petit Paris collects only the information necessary to manage workshop reservations and customer service. Information may include: - Name - Phone number - Email address - Workshop reservations - Payment method used - Passport and Gift Certificate usage when applicable Customer information is used only for: - Managing workshop reservations - Customer support - Workshop communications and reminders - Operational reporting Customer information is not sold to third parties. Workshop reservation data is accessible only to authorized staff and administrators. Customers may request correction, anonymization, or deletion of their information when legally and operationally possible.
