About This Workshop

The Feuilletine Bûche Workshop is a premium modern Christmas pastry class. Students build a professional-style yule log with dacquoise, praline crisp, chocolate mousse and mirror glaze. It should be featured heavily in November/December as a high-value holiday centerpiece workshop.
