About This Workshop
The Tropézienne Workshop brings the French Riviera to Winter Garden. Students make an enriched brioche, prepare a light orange blossom diplomat cream, and assemble the famous Saint-Tropez dessert. This workshop should be developed as a premium summer and brunch class with strong storytelling and high perceived elegance.
