About This Workshop

The Puff Pastry Workshop teaches one of the most important foundations in French pastry. Students compare classic and quick puff pastry methods, then apply the dough to multiple products: palmiers, niflettes, mille-feuille and turnovers. This workshop is especially useful before Galette season.
